Having enough water is critical so I kept trying until I found a method that worked. Here's my daily routine:
During the day I work my way through a 20 ounce water bottle two times. I like the kind that keep the water cold cause tepid water isn't necessarily fun.
I'll drink another glass of water before dinner and viola! 64 ounces a day,
The first two glasses are the most important. They start me out on the right foot and set my intention to drink the rest. Even if I miss some water, I'm getting a good amount. If my urine is a very light yellow then I know I'm drinking enough.
