My Mom just finished visiting and ever since I've been on the slippery slope of "just this once" that has somehow turned into little hiccups every other day! Sugar addiction! It's so insidious. (Reminds me of when I was hooked on cigarettes. One cigarette during a party and I was back to a pack in a week!)
Getting 'clean' makes all the difference. Sharing the experience with others is a great way to make the process succeesfull. Join our upcoming group that starts on January 20th by signing up after the break, then see additional details on getting ready. This is going to be good and it'll change your life at the same time!
- Start with cleaning out the cupboards! Getting rid of the sugar, wheat and dairy that's already in the house. It's so much easier to say, "no!" to a craving if it isn't readily available. Chuck it! (Or give it away.)
- Order PGX. (See Resources for more about this wonderful addition to the Detox ToolKit and where to get it.) This fiber supplement leveled out my blood sugar during the day and made a huge difference in controlling my appetite. Don't get me wrong, we eat during this detox. Deprivation isn't a word I'm interested in experiencing! Having a handle on those 'between meal snacks' is a key to success and PGX makes it a lot easier.
- Join our Detox Forum for encouragement and community. If you're having a rough day, we can help you through it. I'll be there everyday.
I'm so excited that we're going to do this!
