On the other hand, all this meat is not for me. I actually don't feel as wonderful as a lot of people who use this elimination diet because I usually don't eat much meat. Some fish, maybe some chicken every once in a great while.
One thing I'll say about eating all this meat, is that it definitely impacts cravings. In fact, that is a major component of how I'll rework my diet when I'm done with the Whole30...more plant-based protein!
I've also learned to eat more meals instead of my usual one or two. Oh, and I like cooking again!
Best kept secret? Make a sauce you really like, (for me it's pesto,) and drizzle it on anything you thought was boring! Pesto on eggs is amazing! Just sayin'...
