I didn't follow my own advice about planning ahead, so I was left catching as catch can for meals. I did pretty well but it was by no means 100%.
Too bad =p. I'm at a point in my life where I refuse to give myself any grief when I eat something I "shouldn't".
Food "should" be easy as well as tasty and I'm tired of worrying about it. I promised myself this weekend that when I returned home I'd work on finding ways to make living this lifestyle more effortless.
So imagine my surprise and delight when I found an article from don't lose the cow outlining a simple way of planning and preparing meals sitting in my Inbox.
Additionally, it's quick! (Have I mentioned how much I dislike being in the kitchen for hours at a time? I think it's the reason I don't do a weekly prep which I know would make my life easier.)
I'm utilizing The Chipotle Method this week and will report back on my results in the comments. Please do the same.
