If not, make sure that either you use frozen fruit or ice cubes. Warm smoothies in the morning aren't necessarily wonderful I find. Making them cold works wonders.

For an additional treat, don't use much liquid. Just enough to get the blades to move and pick the blender up (if you can) and shake it to help the blades go.
This will produce a thick smoothie that if you like soft serve ice cream, will make your morning! ;)
TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS

Take a hot bath tonight.
If you've got access to a sauna, that will work as well. It will help to flush out those toxins and make you feel wonderful all at the same time. Light some candles and play some music to really pamper your wonderful self!
This is an important facet of helping you make it through any withdrawal symptoms that you may experience so don't skip it.
Take a nice hot shower if you don't have a tub.
It's time to start thinking about what non-food Reward you're going to give yourself when the Reset is done. Take today's Journal Prompt and brainstorm some ideas. Don't worry about time or money when brainstorming. Just ask yourself what are some of things you'd really love to do or have?
